Tenants’ Development Corporation is a non-profit organization founded in 1968 to provide housing and services to the minority community in the South End. Lisa worked with on the following projects:
- When we sought to expand our ownership of affordable housing, Lisa worked with us to identify several possibilities.
- When it became necessary to relocate our offices, Lisa identified several options within Boston South End to accommodate TDC’s goal to serve our resident population without major disruption to services. Her knowledge and experience regarding the commercial real estate leasing market guided us through this process resulting in TDC leasing space within our requirements.
- In November 2019, Lisa was hired as the Exclusive Leasing Agent to sell one of our affordable housing developments governed by Commonwealth of MA, City of Boston and Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit regulations. As of results of her marketing plan, we received several offers.
